Your concrete takes everything Phoenix throws at it: hot tires, oil, grit and sun that fades whatever is sitting on top. We grind it back, repair what is under the surface, then seal it so the damage stops there. You get a floor that wipes clean with a mop, looks finished rather than patched, and protects the concrete you already paid for. Homes, garages, patios, pool decks and commercial floors, across Phoenix and the wider Valley.

Turn your boring, beat-up old concrete flooring into a durable, decorative floor built to take years of daily use. Our high-performance epoxy flooring is ideal for Phoenix's businesses, homes, patios, driveways, pool decks, garages and industrial properties. The same system goes down on patios, driveways and pool decks, indoors or out.

We handle everything from concrete floor preparation to sealing your new epoxy floor, and the six steps below are the same on every floor we install. Licensed, bonded and insured, ROC 358358, with our own crews on every job.
We start by mechanically grinding, profiling, and vacuuming the concrete floor to ensure the strongest adhesion possible.
No matter what the damage is, we repair every crack and hole in the concrete floor.
We apply a base coat for flake flooring or a primer coat for metallic epoxy.
For flake flooring, we broadcast the polymer flakes to provide even color and texture. For the metallic floors, we apply the metallic color coat.
We scrape off all excess flakes to prepare the floor for the final step of the epoxy flake flooring.
We finish with two coats of UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat.

All our installations begin with grinding down the original surface to remove any damage. We then repair and fill cracks and chips to prep the space for a smooth finish.
We use a durable, anti-cracking, and abrasion-resistant covering to protect our epoxy floors. This helps prevent corrosion and assures that the surface will maintain its clean appearance even when subjected to heavy traffic.
Our clear top coats are UV resistant. This protection prevents yellowing and peeling on less resistant surfaces. It guards the floor against weather and sun damage.
Epoxy floors are easy to clean and maintain. Dirt and dust can be easily removed with a mop, cloth, and water. And thanks to being 100% waterproof, the coating is stain resistant, including oil.
What you are most likely to want to know before you book a floor in.
A residential floor is usually $5 to $8 per square foot for solid color or flake, and $10 to $18 per square foot for metallic. The final price depends on the slab condition, the size of the area and the location. What moves it most is what your concrete needs before any color goes down: crack repair, leveling, taking off an old finish and dealing with moisture. A sound floor is quick and a tired one is not, so we look at yours in person and quote from what is actually there. Call (602) 820-7739.
A polyaspartic system goes down in a day, and an epoxy base with a UV stable topcoat takes two. You are back on it on foot the day after the last coat, and you can park on it after roughly three days in normal conditions. You get the actual dates for your own floor when we quote it, so you can plan the week around it rather than guess.
That is decided by the preparation, not the product. Hot tires pull at anything that is only stuck to the surface, so we grind back to open concrete first and the base keys into the floor rather than sitting on it. Done that way it stays put and keeps looking clean. What lifts as a sheet is a finish laid over an old sealer, because it was never bonded to the floor at all.
The floor has to be clear for us to work, so cars, shelving and anything stored on it needs to come out. You will know what has to move and when, so you are not clearing the space days earlier than you need to and not living around it longer than the job takes.
Not through a UV stable finish. Every floor we install is sealed with two coats of it, which is what holds the color and stops the yellowing you see on cheaper clear finishes. It is the same protection indoors and out, so your patio or pool deck lasts as well as your garage and looks it.
