Call (602) 820-7739Solid color epoxy flooring offers a sleek, uniform appearance that can elevate the look of any garage. This type of flooring is ideal for homeowners seeking a clean and minimalist aesthetic, providing an easy-to-maintain surface that resists stains and spills. The application process involves preparing the concrete, applying a primer, and finally, layering the epoxy to achieve a flawless finish. For those in Desert Ridge, this option is particularly beneficial for high-traffic garages where durability is essential. Getting a uniform garage floor comes down to preparation, and the steps are the same across Phoenix.
What sets solid color epoxy apart is its versatility. You can choose from a wide palette of colors to match your personal style or complement your home’s exterior. This customizability ensures that your garage floor becomes an extension of your home rather than just a utilitarian space. Beyond the garage door the resin changes, and concrete coatings for Desert Ridge courtyards and patios explains why.

Metallic epoxy flooring is a striking choice for those who want to make a bold statement in their garage. This flooring option features a shimmering, three-dimensional effect that lifts a plain concrete slab into something far more finished. Homeowners in Desert Ridge appreciate the ability to create a custom design that reflects their personality and style.
The application of metallic epoxy involves mixing metallic pigments with the epoxy, creating unique swirls and patterns during installation. This process requires a skilled hand to ensure an even distribution and flawless finish. Beyond aesthetics, metallic epoxy is incredibly durable and resistant to chemicals, making it a practical choice for any garage that sees frequent use.
If you’re looking for a flooring option that combines durability with visual appeal, epoxy flake flooring is an excellent choice. This system involves embedding decorative flakes into the epoxy, creating a textured surface that is both attractive and functional. It’s particularly popular among Desert Ridge residents who want a stylish yet resilient floor that can withstand the Arizona heat and occasional spills.
The installation process begins with surface preparation, followed by the application of a base coat, then scattering the flakes, and finally sealing it with a topcoat. The result is a unique, multi-dimensional look that can be tailored to fit any aesthetic preference. Additionally, the texture provides improved slip resistance, making it safer for families and pets.

Desert Ridge garages are family garages and they get used like one. Three questions come up more than any others: what makes a professional floor different from a kit, how it copes with everything that gets stored in there, and whether scuffs end up showing.
Preparation, and what goes on top. A kit is a thin single coat rolled over concrete that was acid etched at best. We grind, profile and vacuum the slab mechanically, lay a 100% solids epoxy base into it, then finish with two coats of UV stable polyaspartic. That is the difference a Desert Ridge floor is judged on years later.
The floor is highly resistant to impacts, so a bike going over on its side or a storage bin dragged across it does not gouge the finish. The layer taking that punishment is polyaspartic rather than epoxy alone, and polyaspartic cures harder and wears better, which is why we put two coats of it on.
Less than most people expect. The finished floor is tire mark resistant, and on a flake build the chips give a terrazzo-like surface that breaks small marks up visually rather than framing them. Anything that does sit on the surface lifts with a damp mop and a mild detergent. Indoors the failure people actually meet is a different one: here is what separates a kit floor from a full build.
