Built For Everything You Put On It
Weight on its own is simply not a problem here. An appliance foot, a loaded shelf, a safe in a closet: the load spreads straight into the concrete beneath and the floor carries it without complaint. That is the advantage of a surface bonded to your slab rather than laid on top of it, and it is why a coated floor suits a house that stores and moves real equipment. A soft covering would compress, dimple and remember every heavy thing you ever owned. This one holds its shape and keeps its finish.
The surface is just as capable, and it is built in layers for exactly that reason. Two clear coats sit above your color, so whatever meets a metal chair leg or a hard caster is a layer designed to meet it, and your color is never what is exposed. In practice that means you can live normally: bring gear in, rearrange a room, move furniture when you feel like it, and the floor stays a floor. Felt pads and a sheet of hardboard under anything on wheels keep it looking showroom fresh, and they take a minute to put down.
